The Board of Trustees consists of two Company-appointed Trustees, two Member-nominated Trustees and an independent Chairman.
Chairman
Michael Duncombe joined as Independent Chairman in 2003. He is a qualified Actuary who retired as the CEO of the Post Office schemes in 2002 and is Chairman of Trustees of several UK Pension Schemes.
Secretary
Duncan Parks was appointed Trustee by the Company in 2004. He is a former Managing Director of Porvair International Ltd and Porvair Technology Ltd.

Chris Tyler was appointed Trustee in 2005. He is the Group Finance Director of Porvair plc
Member-Nominated Trustees
Dave Cowieson was appointed as Trustee in 2011. He has worked for Porvair since 1995 and is currently Head of New Product Development: Bioscience, in our Filtration Division in Wrexham.
Marvin Wills was appointed in 2005. He is an active member who has worked for Microfiltrex, a division of PFG, for 25 years and is currently Production Manager.
